Hawaii County Police Division want to query a person about Ocean View photographs

Hawaii County Police are looking for a 33-year-old Ocean View man to be questioned in connection with a shooting Monday morning in the Hawaiian Ocean View Estates subdivision.

Police were called to the 92-8000 block on King Kamehameha Boulevard where they found a 41-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his chest.

Police are seeking public help in finding Carlwin David, who is wanted on an outstanding warrant. He is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, with a thin build, black hair, and brown eyes.

Police warn the public not to get close to David as he may be armed and dangerous. Call the police at 935-3311 to report his location.
