Hawaii Life, one of Hawaii’s largest real estate agents, announced the promotion of two key executives within the organization.

Katie Minkus has been named Director of Business Development and Rhoda Kay has been promoted to Director of Operations.

Minkus, who has been on the Hawaii Life team since 2009, will continue to focus on growing the company. Her new role will also include working with property developers and rental property partners, as well as identifying new areas of expansion for Hawaii Life. “Katie is true

Hay, who previously served as Maui Agent, brings over 20 years of residential real estate sales and over a decade of leadership and management to her new role at Hawaii Life. She has been with the company since 2013. As Director of Operations, she will manage operational accounts and physical office locations, and work directly with the executive team to make the most of all of the company’s resources. In this expanded role, she will continue to oversee the Hawaii Life exercise program.
