HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A Hawaiian Island man was convicted of assaulting a police officer in 2019 and resisting arrest.
Shannon Ke was sentenced to five years in prison for the Kailua-Kona incident. The officer was injured in the altercation, preventing the officer from returning to work.
