HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – There’s a new and more convenient way for Hawaiian consumers to file complaints against businesses.
The Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs Regulated Industry Complaints Office has set up an online portal that eliminates the need to print, fill out and mail a paper form.
“Our office continues to strive to provide better services to consumers who may face a stressful situation when they contact us,” said Esther Brown, RICO Complaints and Enforcement Officer.
“We hope that you will find the portal convenient and easy to use and that electronic filing will be the norm in the future as you learn more about the available option.”
