The primary Hawaii Island “Vax Da Max” winner receives $ 500 from McDonald’s

Kealakekua resident Conall Ravenscraft recently received his COVID-19 vaccine in Konawaena and then entered #HIGotVaccinated’s milestone Vax Da Max contest. Conall was called 2,000. Entrants selected and won a $ 500 McDonald’s of Hawaii prize package.

David Lim, owner / operator of McDonald’s of Hawaii on the Island of Hawaii, gave Conall $ 400 in Arch Cards® and 100,000 MyMcDonald’s Rewards points – a new loyalty program in the McDonald’s app.

Conall, who works for the National Park Service in Puʻuhonua o Hōnaunau, comes into regular contact with many visitors. He decided to get vaccinated to keep working and felt it was his kuleana (responsibility) to protect his family and community.
